From the ancient subterranean salt seams of Khewra to global seaports across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
One company holding the whole chain, and why that changes what you receive.
Genuine Himalayan pink salt comes from one place: the Khewra Salt Range in Punjab, Pakistan, a deposit laid down when an ancient inland sea evaporated and was sealed under the rising Himalayas. It is the second largest salt mine in the world, and the source of essentially all authentic Himalayan salt sold anywhere. Everything we produce begins there.
Raw crystal is selected at source and graded by colour and mineral density before it ever reaches a saw. Processing happens at our own facility at Mandiala Warriach Rd, Gulshan Colony, Gujranwala, 52250, where blocks are cut, hand-carved, diamond-polished, drilled for bulb housings, fitted with certified cord assemblies, mounted on finished bases, shrink wrapped with desiccant and packed into export cartons. Loading is consolidated at Karachi Port or Port Qasim.
Why vertical integration matters commercially. Most buyers sourcing Himalayan salt are quoted by intermediaries who never handle the goods. A trading house buys from a cutting workshop, which buys from a mining contractor. Every layer adds margin, and none of them is individually accountable when colour drifts between shipments, when moisture control fails on a long transit, or when cord certification does not match the destination market. Because we source, manufacture and load ourselves, you are quoted a factory price and there is exactly one party responsible for the outcome.
Scale and reach. We process over 15,000 metric tons annually and hold capacity for roughly 60 full container loads per month, supplying importers, distributors, retail chains, spa and sauna operators, food-service businesses and private-label brands in more than 45 countries. The catalogue currently runs to 545 active SKUs across 24 export collections, and a single container can be mixed across as many of those collections as your market needs.
Quality systems. Production runs under ISO 9001:2015 and HACCP, with GMP practice for edible grades and FDA registration for the United States market. Halal certification is in place, and electrical assemblies are supplied to UL, ETL, CE, RoHS, UKCA, SAA or PSE depending on destination. Laboratory analysis accompanies edible lots, and export documentation — Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, packing list, commercial invoice — is prepared in-house rather than outsourced.
How we prefer to work. Long-term supply relationships beat one-off transactions, so we would rather send you samples and hold a video call through the production line than push a first container. Buyers who intend to re-order care most about consistency between shipments, and that is easiest to demonstrate before money moves rather than after.
