Printed retail gift box
Box sample
Range
We print and assemble retail gift boxes to your artwork — full-colour CMYK, matte or gloss lamination, foil stamping, embossed logos, die-cut display windows and fitted inserts. Everything below was produced in-house for buyer brands, and we can run the same for yours at container scale.
Labelled retail pack
Brand artwork
Food-grade pink salt packed and printed under buyer brand names — from fine culinary shakers to grinder jars and 1 kg retail pouches. We handle the food-safe packaging, your brand handles the shelf. Nutritional panels and market-specific labelling are formatted to your destination’s rules.
Engraved hardwood base
The polished neem and sheesham hardwood bases on our lamps can carry your company logo, certification marks or serial numbers — laser-etched so they never rub off, unlike stickers or ink. Your brand stays visible for the whole life of the product, at no tooling cost.
Branded salt lick
Compressed and natural Himalayan licks for cattle, horses, sheep and goats — shrink-wrapped and printed under your feed brand. Mineral-enriched formulations, rope-holed hanging options and retail-sleeve or distributor carton branding are all produced to your specification.
What can actually be customised, what it costs you in minimum quantity, and how long it takes.
Private label is the difference between reselling a commodity and owning a brand. A generic salt lamp competes only on price, and there is always someone willing to go lower. The same lamp on an engraved base, in a printed gift box carrying your name, with your barcode and your warranty card, becomes a product your customer can only buy from you — and it holds margin.
We run private-label production for importers, retail groups and wellness brands across our full range: natural and carved lamps, basket lamps, USB and nightlight ranges, candle holders, culinary blocks, bath and spa salt, and food-grade edible salt. Nothing carrying the Zenvia mark goes into a private-label run.
Custom carved shapes from your drawings or reference samples, non-standard weight and dimension bands, specific colour grades held consistent across runs, and bespoke base materials — neem, sheesham, painted or laser-engraved hardwood, or powder-coated metal. Bulb type, cord length, cord colour and switch style are all specifiable.
Four-colour printed gift boxes to your artwork, kraft or rigid presentation boxes, window cartons, insert cards, care leaflets and warranty slips. Retail-ready shelf cartons and display units are available for supermarket programmes, along with shrink-wrap plus desiccant as standard inner protection.
EAN or UPC barcode application, multilingual back-labels, country-of-origin marking, batch and lot coding, and destination-specific regulatory text. For edible grades we add nutritional panels and allergen statements formatted for your market’s rules.
Supply print-ready vector artwork as AI, EPS or layered PDF with fonts outlined, CMYK colour and 3mm bleed. If you only have a logo we can lay out the dieline for you. A digital proof is issued before printing and production does not start until you approve it in writing.
Private-label minimums are set per printed component rather than per container, because print runs carry setup cost. Plain production with engraved bases can run at standard container MOQ. Custom printed packaging typically needs a committed quantity per box design, which we confirm in writing at quotation.
Allow roughly one week for artwork proofing and approval, one to two weeks for packaging production, and 12–18 days for the goods themselves, with some overlap. A first private-label container usually runs four to six weeks from approved artwork; repeat orders are faster because tooling and dielines already exist.
How a private-label programme starts. Send us the products you want to carry and your target retail positioning. We return a line-by-line quotation showing unit cost, packaging cost and the minimum per component, so you can see exactly where your margin sits before committing. Most buyers then take samples, approve artwork, and place a first mixed container.
