Essential guidelines on ocean container shipping, moisture protection, electrical standards, and payment terms.
Our standard wholesale MOQ is 1 x 20ft Full Container Load (~25-27 Metric Tons), which allows you to mix and match up to 15 different product categories and SKUs. For first-time trial buyers, we also accept LCL pallet orders (Minimum 3-5 pallets).
Every single lamp is high-density vacuum shrink-wrapped immediately after diamond polishing, packed with food-grade silica gel desiccant packs, and boxed in 5-ply export corrugated cartons. Containers are lined with moisture-absorbing poles and desiccants to withstand 30-45 day sea transits.

Standard production time for a 20ft container is 12-18 days upon deposit confirmation. Payment terms are 30% advance deposit via T/T bank wire and 70% balance upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy, or 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at Sight).
We are a manufacturer. Raw crystal is sourced directly from the Khewra Salt Range and every production step — cutting, carving, polishing, drilling, wiring, packing — happens at our own facility at Mandiala Warriach Rd, Gulshan Colony, Gujranwala, 52250. Buyers are welcome to inspect the line by live video call before placing a first order. Because there is no trading layer between you and the factory, you receive a direct factory price and one accountable party for the whole order.
Four commercial grades. Light Pink is the familiar pale crystal that glows evenly and suits mass retail. Deep Amber or Ruby Red carries higher iron oxide content, glows warmer and sells at a premium. Snow White is scarcer and popular for spa and minimalist interiors. Mineral Grey is the least common and positions as a designer product. Specify your grade at quotation stage and we hold it consistent across repeat orders so your second container matches your first.
Yes. Our edible range covers micronised powder, fine 0.3–0.5mm, medium 0.5–1mm, coarse 1–2mm and 2–5mm grinder grade, plus snow white and Kala Namak black salt. Product is washed, dried and sieved to a consistent particle size, handled under HACCP with GMP practice and FDA registration for the United States. Lab analysis accompanies each lot, and anti-caking agents are omitted unless you ask for them. Packing is 25kg or 50kg lined PP sacks, 1000kg jumbo bags, or retail-ready private label.
Yes. Compressed and natural licks from 1kg to 10kg for cattle, horses, sheep, goats and wildlife, supplied plain or mineral enriched, with or without rope holes for hanging. Blocks are shrink wrapped individually and stacked on pallets for container export, which suits feed distributors and agricultural supply chains buying in volume.
Yes. Salt bricks, wall tiles and panel components are cut to specified dimensions for salt rooms, saunas, halotherapy suites and feature walls. Send drawings or a dimension schedule with your enquiry and we will quote per piece with tolerances stated. Backlit installations should be discussed at design stage so thickness is matched to your lighting.
Photograph the cartons and contents on arrival and send them to the export desk with your Bill of Lading reference. Verified breakage or short shipment is credited against your next order or replaced in the following consignment, as you prefer. Keeping the packaging until the claim is settled helps, since carton condition usually shows whether damage occurred in transit or in packing.
Samples themselves are free; you cover only the courier charge. We ship worldwide so you can assess crystal colour, carving finish, base quality, cord assembly and packaging before committing to a container. Request them through the Free Sample form in the site header, listing the SKUs or product types you want to evaluate.
Pricing is per piece against your SKU matrix, then totalled to the container. The main variables are colour grade, weight or dimension band, carving complexity, base material, cord specification and packaging level. Bulk grades such as edible salt and lick blocks price per metric ton instead. Send the mix you have in mind and the export desk returns a line-by-line quotation rather than a single lump figure.
Yes. If you are also buying from other Pakistani suppliers we can receive their goods and consolidate into a single container at Karachi Port or Port Qasim, which usually costs less than two part loads. Consolidation needs to be agreed before production so loading sequence and carton marking can be planned.
Every shipment includes the Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, commercial invoice, detailed packing list and laboratory analysis. Phytosanitary or health certificates, fumigation certificates, GSP or EUR.1 preference documents and chamber attestation are arranged where your destination requires them. Tell us the importing country at quotation stage so the paperwork is prepared correctly the first time.
